The Client
Inspire Centre is an exciting event space where a diverse community shares and builds ideas. The space exists to accelerate innovation and entrepreneurship for a positive social and economic change in Tanzania and forms part of the greater eco-system that works to shape a powerful, prosperous Africa. Inspire is your place to meet, learn, teach and eat.
The Project
Inspire Centre & Café was looking to increase their visibility and communicate their services to their target customers. They had been in operation for 1 year yet didn’t have proper branding tools:
• Brand visibility
• Service communication
• Marketing tools
The Process
We met with the client to understand their need and set their desired end goal, it is essential for us to highlight ‘what success will look like’. After a number of brainstorming sessions, we set to design solutions to meet their needs.
User Personas
To develop marketing tools we kickstarted the project by designing user personas to represent categories of these target customers. This allowed us to focus each marketing message (communication) to a specific persona.



Booklet
A careful designed marketing tools highlighting services offered by the centre & café. Each service offered was drafted to communicate to a specific user persona, this allows for customers to easily identify value derived from the centre & café. Each page of the booklet was designed to also be used as a social media poster, this called for special crafting of each page to provide a complete message to the customer. Maintaining consistency in marketing through different channels.






Brochure/Catalogue
A more price-focused marketing tool highlighting different packages offered by the centre & café. This tool was more pictures and less words to give customers a feel of how the centre & café rooms look like and show different offered arrangements. This tool was complementing the booklet and guided customers to make a purchase decision.
